Our artichokes cream is made from the softest and tastiest part of the artichokes: the heart.
The hearts of the artichokes grow under the hot Sicilian sun; after washing the artichokes, we grind them and they are savoured with white pepper, garlic, parsley and Agrestis extra virgin olive oil.

Suggested for seasoning pasta dishes, to add taste to toasted bread and pizzas. Store it in dry place and away from light. Once opened add olive oil and keep it in fridge.
