The Extra virgin Olive Oil “Agrestis Foglia d’Argento” is an excellent blend of refine medium fruity cultivar from Iblei Mountains. It has captivating hints of aromatic herbs.  
As all our olive oils, the “Agrestis Foglia d’Argento” is produced with scrupulous care, from the picking to the grinding, from the preservation to the bottling. We use the most innovative technologies and we follow all the hygiene and quality rules.
It is excellent with seafood appetizers, sea bass marinade sauces, first courses with shellfish, roast fish, white stewed meat dishes and goat's milk cheeses.
