Nectar in Pearls


We introduce you an innovative product created to amaze with new original sensations. Ideal to garnish cold and warm dishes with imagination and colours.
The product consists in a small membrane of natural gelatine pearl-shaped. In the mouth, it releases the Agrestis extra virgin olive oil with its great aroma.

- Great to enrich either salty or sweet dishes.
- Can be used to garnish soups (stays intact up to 60ºC) before serving. Cooking with it is not recommended.
- Before using the product, turn the jar over a few times to release its full aroma.
- For a better preservation of the product we recommend to keep it between 10°C and 26°C away from heat sources. Once opened use it within 4 weeks. Please keep the pearls covered with olive oil. Do not freeze.
