Our black truffle cream (Tuber Aestivum) is produced with selected truffles that are gridded, seasoned with Agrestis extra virgin olive oil and savoured with pine nuts and salt.

Ideal for those who love the summery flavour of the black truffle on starters, appetizers and first courses such as tagliatelle pasta dish and risotto. The savour and the perfume of the black truffle is preserved excellently in this cream. Store it in dry place and away from light. Once opened add olive oil and keep it in fridge.
