Recommended for flavoring fresh sauces, for creaming risottos and seasoning cold pasta. Sublime on tomato and mozzarella salad or on boiled fish and grilled courgettes and aubergines.To prepare our extra virgin olive oil-based dressing, we use the same extra virgin oil as our “Foglia d’Argento”, which has a delicate flavour that allows us to enhance the natural extracts we use to the fullest. We prefer to season our oil with natural extracts, which allow us to have an excellent aroma and product quality guaranteed until the expiration date, something that often doesn’t happen when using different processes.
