Terms and conditions

  1. The following general terms and conditions apply to orders and purchases of products on the website agrestis.eu:
  2. By accepting the sales conditions and confirming an order, the customer declares:
    1. To have read, understood, and fully accepted the contractual conditions without reservation.
    2. To authorize the seller to store, process, use, and transfer personal data included in the order for the purpose of executing the order.
  3. The seller guarantees that the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date and that the products conform to the indications, specifications, and photographs on the website.
  4. The sales contract is concluded by sending the customer a written confirmation of shipment to the email address provided by the customer with the purchase order.
  5. The seller will consider any requests for order cancellation received within 24 hours of purchase.
  6. Product prices, expressed in euros, will always be those indicated on the website, to which shipping costs are added.
  7. Shipping and delivery costs may vary depending on the country and will be charged to the customer when ordering products based on shipping rates. You can find more details on shipping costs on the “Shipping” page.

    Damaged Shipment: If you receive visibly damaged packages from Agrestis (damaged packaging or visibly stained due to leakage from any broken bottles or other broken containers), follow these steps:
      • If there are multiple packages, reject the damaged package, signing the courier’s receipt with “With Reserve.” We will take care of returning the damaged package and resending it.
      • If it is a shipment with a single package, reject the shipment, and we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.

        The shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and the redelivery of the new one are entirely at our expense.In case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if no replacement product is found, the amounts paid will be refunded.
  8. Product delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. The products will be delivered within twenty (20) working days from the order confirmation, with delivery times varying depending on the destination country, depending on the carrier.
  9. The seller reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel, at its sole discretion, the delivery or fulfillment of any obligations arising from the sales contract in case of suspected fraud, non-compliance, or violation by the customer of obligations undertaken concerning previous orders and/or sales contracts.
  10. The customer, if a final consumer, has the right to return the products purchased online without penalty and without having to provide any justification within fourteen (14) days from the day the customer receives the products.
  11. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email to the address agrestis.evoo@gmail.com to obtain authorization to proceed with the return.
  12. After receiving authorization, the products must be returned to the seller, at the customer’s risk and expense, with a single shipment via courier or registered mail within 5 (five) days from the date of receiving authorization for the return to the address Via Sabauda, 86/A – 96010 Buccheri (SR). In case of non-delivery of the returned package, the seller will ask the customer for proof of delivery, or a receipt with the signature of the recipient. If the customer does not provide proof of delivery, the seller cannot grant a refund.
  13. The returned product must not have been used, consumed, or damaged; the product’s identification tag must still be attached, and the product must be returned in the original packaging, with any accessories or instruction manuals.
  14. Once able to confirm that the specified conditions have been met, the seller will send the customer a confirmation email of the return acceptance and initiate the procedure for refunding the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs, so that the customer receives the refund within fourteen (14) days.
  15. The refund of amounts paid by the customer will always be made exclusively in favor of the customer who made the payment.
  16. If the above conditions are not met, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
  17. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by legal entities, companies, sole proprietorships engaged in commercial activities, but can only be exercised by final consumer individuals, unless the sale concerns the supply of products packaged to measure or clearly personalized: in this case, the right of withdrawal is excluded even for any individual.

  19. Subject to the above warranty, the seller excludes any and all liability (contractual or non-contractual) towards the customer, within the limits of applicable mandatory rules.
  20. For everything not regulated in this contract, reference is made to the current legislation.
  21. In case of dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement reached between the parties, without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers, any dispute connected to these General Conditions will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Syracuse.
  22. The customer declares to have carefully read, understood and specifically accepted the following clauses of the General Sales Conditions of Agrestis Soc Coop Agricola.
