Bergamot is an ingredient rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. This condiment is excellent for seasoning salads, grilled meat and fish, and also to be enjoyed on bread and bruschettas.To prepare our extra virgin olive oil-based dressing, we use the same extra virgin oil as our “Foglia d’Argento”, which has a delicate flavour that allows us to enhance the natural extracts we use to the fullest. We prefer to season our oil with natural extracts, which allow us to have an excellent aroma and product quality guaranteed until the expiration date, something that often doesn’t happen when using different processes.
