The harvest started a couple of weeks ago, and the first olives have already been taken to the mill, where they are cold-pressed to create our precious olive oil.

As tradition dictates, the olives are hand-picked and always brought to the mill the same day, to preserve their freshness and ensure an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

This year too, we chose to start early despite the challenges: adverse weather conditions caused us to lose much of the harvest, but the portion we managed to save is the result of our passion and dedication.
A small treasure that embodies our love for the land and our commitment to offering you only the best.
